“The trainers here actually care about your progress. Working with Max Pryor was a game-changer — he explains things in a way that makes sense, especially if you're getting back into training. I've learned more about form and recovery in a few sessions with him than in years on my own.”

“This gym is easily the best in OC. Very nice community and everyone is super friendly. Machines are new and they have equipment I've never seen at any other gym. It's mainly Arsenal equipment and if you've been lifting then you know Arsenal is one of the best brands. Very well kept and extremely clean.”

“Highly recommend. Top-notch equipment, incredible coaches, and excellent atmosphere. 24/7 access, vaulted ceilings, feels like home. Great lounge perfect for work or chill, a photo room with flawless lighting, and top-tier recovery options like a cold plunge and infrared sauna.”

“The Atlas Gym is always clean, the machines work great, and the people there are super cool. The staff is helpful without being pushy, and the whole place just gives good energy. They help with my form or any type of encouragement if I need it. I honestly really enjoy going there.”

“Alex and Vivian are building something special at Atlas Gym. The experience is truly a breath of fresh air. They're so warm and welcoming — they've created an upscale, friendly and professional vibe that gyms in this area have been sorely lacking. The equipment selection is top notch.”
