How do check-ins work?
Members scan a static QR code at your entrance using the gymsense Member app. Check-ins are logged automatically (no shared kiosks or keyboards).
How do in-person payments work without hardware?
Members can pay at the counter using a secure, single-use QR code on their phone. Staff scan it with the Pro app and the payment completes through the member’s saved payment method.
Is gymsense powered by Stripe?
Yes. Billing and payments run on Stripe infrastructure (including Stripe Connect for multi-tenant gyms), which supports cards and wallet payments depending on the checkout flow.
Can guests buy passes before they arrive?
Yes. Guests can start from a gym’s guest pass page, get onboarded into the Member app, and purchase a pass before arrival—so their first in-person visit is frictionless.
