Manage
Your team, their roles, the right access.
Gymsense has four roles — Owner, Admin, Trainer, Staff — each with permissions designed for how that person actually works in the gym. Trainers see their own schedule and clients. Staff see what they need for day-to-day operations. Everyone gets the Pro app with access scoped to their role.
Adding a team member takes under a minute: enter their email, select a role, and they receive an invitation to join.

Invite via email
Enter a team member's email and select their role. They receive an invitation to join the Pro app with the permissions that role includes.
Assign the right role
Four roles — Owner, Admin, Trainer, Staff — each with a defined set of permissions. Trainers see their own schedule and clients. Staff see what they need for day-to-day operations.
Everyone sees what they need
Each role has access to the parts of the Pro app relevant to their job. No unnecessary screens, no sensitive data exposed to the wrong people.
What you get
Four defined roles
Owner, Admin, Trainer, Staff. Each role has specific permissions designed for how that person actually works in the gym. No complex permission matrices to configure.
Email invitations
Invite staff by entering their email. They receive a link to join the Pro app with the right role already assigned. Onboarding takes under a minute.
Scoped visibility
Trainers see their own schedule and managed clients. Staff see the tools they need for check-in and payments. Owners and Admins see everything. Nobody is overwhelmed by irrelevant screens.
Multi-location support
Owners with multiple gyms can switch between them in the Pro app. Each gym has its own team, products, and member base — but one login for the owner.
FAQ
What roles does Gymsense support for gym staff?
Four roles: Owner (full access), Admin (full access minus billing configuration), Trainer (own schedule, managed clients, session management), and Staff (check-in, basic customer lookup, payment processing).
Can trainers see other trainers' clients?
No. Trainers see only their own schedule and the clients assigned to them. This keeps client information scoped to the trainer who manages that relationship.
How do I add a new team member?
Open the Pro app, go to team management, enter their email, and select a role. They receive an email invitation to join. The entire process takes under a minute.
